Return / Exchange Policy
Hart 2 Hart is a family company that has been in business for over twenty years. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
We warranty all masks against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please take a moment to review our Return / Exchange policy before making a purchase.
If your item(s) was damaged in transit or defective, we will make a good faith attempt to resolve the situation amicably using the following criteria:
- 30 day limit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or exchange.
- Item is defective from manufacturer. This does not include fit, color or labeling.
- If package was damaged in transit (please provide valid proof and claim information with carrier).
- Package is unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- All sale or discounted items (when using a promotional code) are non-returnable.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Only the original purchaser may request an exchange.
If approved for exchange, we will exchange your returned item for an identical item or one of equal value.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your replacement item(s) will be shipped using the original shipping method.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items (when using a promotional codes) cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item for exchange, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
